Royal Guest Rooms open at Port Orleans
The Royal Guest Rooms, featuring themes from Disney movie classics, are opening at Disney’s Port Orleans Riverside this week.

The 512 themed rooms feature ornate beds trimmed with crystals and gold accents, and “magical fireworks” swirl about, Disney announced this week.
The idea is that Princess Tiana, from “The Princess and The Frog,” is hosting her royal friends from around the world in these rooms and each special guest has left behind a memento to mark the visit.
The rooms, which sleep four and are priced at $189 a night, contain items from various Disney movies such as crowns woven in the bedspread design, fiber-optic effects on the headboard and a bathroom sink design which incorporates Genie’s magic lamp from Disney’s “Aladdin” as the faucet.
