Slinky Dog Dash coaster’s track is complete in new Toy Story Land

The final piece of track was installed on the Slinky Dog Dash coaster that is under construction in the Toy Story Land, the Disney Parks Blog announced.

The coaster is part of the expansion at Hollywood Studios in Disney World and is expected to open in summer 2018.

This 11-acre area will “shrink” guests and take them to Andy’s backyard from “Toy Story” where people will be able to ride the family-friendly Slinky Dog Dash. The coaster appears that it was built in the backyard using a Mega Coaster Play Kit – as well as some of his other favorite toys.

Another attraction for the area being built is spinning flying saucers staring our favorite little green three-eyed aliens.
