Disneyland expands Candlelight Processional

The Candlelight Processional and Ceremony at Disneyland will be expanded for the first time to 20 nights, Disney announced.

There will be two performances each night from Dec. 1 to Dec. 20. The first two night will be invitation-only events. The Dec. 3-20 dates will be available to Disneyland Resort Annual Passholders and those booking special, to-be-announced dining packages.

No special narrators have been announced, nor anything about the dinner packages. The Disney Parks Blog, will be making the announcement later.

The Candlelight Ceremony and Processional has been a Disneyland Resort tradition since 1958 and has featured stars such as Cary Grant, John Wayne, Dick Van Dyke and, in 2011, Gary Sinise. The performance includes music and the telling of the first Christmas story in Town Square on Main Street, U.S.A.
